24 Animated Icons

[1-8]Bones
[9-20]Grey's Anatomy
[21-24]Glee

So,I made this animated icons and I'm pretty satisfied....but these are too big to be used over LJ (or elsewhere)...in fact they're more than 100 kb.If anyone tell me how can I do to make them smaller it would be amazing.
